Uche is very intelligent and extremely adept at problem solving through creative  and analytical approaches. He possesses wide range of experiences and knowledge in different fields of  the  economy.

His over 15 years vast experience in the banking sector can be seen in  the investment analysis approach. He is very grounded in mortgage syndication and has attended various training both locally in Lagos Business School and abroad especially the housing financing program for  Sub-Saharan Africa organised by the Gradute Business School in Cape town,South Africa.

He is the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser with experience spanning  across the Legal fields.

Chijioke I. Nwako is a litigator with expertise in drafting legal documents, providing legal solutions, carrying out legal research and soliciting on behalf of clients. He heads the Legal Department of the consortium
